Scout is the managing partner for a $150M MATOC to provide a broad range of services to USACE Tulsa customers in all US states and territories. The contract allows for a full range of Environmental A-E and related support services: environmental studies, investigations, surveying and mapping, tests, sampling, evaluations, consultations, comprehensive planning, program management, designs, drawings, and plans of engineering, geological, or other professional services to support customer environmental programs.
