Ray Arguello, PMP
EXPERIENCE
Mr. Arguello is a retired Navy Surface Warfare Officer and served as the Commanding Officer of the USS Benjamin Stoddert DDG-22. Mr. Arguello recently retired from POWER Engineers. His last position was as the Indo-Pacific Theater Program Manager where he played a key role in the development of POWER Engineers’ Government Services Division during his 19 years with the firm, including winning their current $60 million design ID/IQ contract with NAVFAC Pacific.
As project Manager for POWER Engineers Mr. Arguello has managed energy projects in Australia, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Peru, Guyana, Malaysia, and West Africa. He has managed multi-million design projects for NAVFAC and USACE. He has experience with VA and Department of State contracts and projects.
