Scout Environmental is thrilled and honored to announce the addition of Ray Arguello, PMP to our Board of Directors. Mr. Arguello brings a wealth of knowledge and relationships to Scout in developing business with federal agencies and building the infrastructure to win and execute government contracts.
Ray recently retired from POWER Engineers. His last position was as the Indo-Pacific Theater Program Manager where he played a key role in the development of POWER Engineers’ Government Services Division during his 19 years with the firm, including winning their current $60 million design ID/IQ contract with NAVFAC Pacific. Ray is a retired Navy Surface Warfare Officer and served as the Commanding Officer of the USS Benjamin Stoddert DDG-22.
We are very excited to have Ray join our Board to help us diversify our services by organically growing our engineering capabilities and services for our clients and partners. We are also enthusiastic about Ray’s initiative to establish a program and pathway for young and future engineers, especially those from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. Scout believes in giving back to our communities, diversifying the socioeconomic status of its staff, and providing all its staff with career pathways and we look forward to working with Ray on this important program.
Ray and other Scout staff will be at the SAME Small Business Conference this November 2-4 in Nashville. Please visit Ray and Scout at our Booth. If you would like to reach out to Ray and join us in welcoming him to Scout, you may reach him at ray.arguello@scoutenv.com.
Welcome Ray!
