EXPERIENCE
Before joining Scout, Roxanne spent 10 years in the semiconductor industry in distribution, product marketing, and sales management. Since joining Scout 6 years ago, she had assisted in all aspects of the business to help Scout grow from start up to a successful small business.
Roxanne’s wide-ranging experience prepared her to excel in various roles for Scout including; Office Management, Technical Editing, Human Resources, Public Involvement, Sales Conference Coordination, and many other responsibilities. She excels at leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence in fast paced environments.
She eagerly anticipates further contributing to Scout's ongoing growth by aiding in the establishment of refined processes and procedures.
